A bigger than usual contingent travelled to Oughterard, County Galway for the Irish 3 day event. Neil Dobbs back home from the USA easily won the M21 class. Andrew Pim was narrowly pipped in the M45 class in the chasing start by
less than 2 minutes. Jonathan Pim finished 2nd in M16 whilst I came 3rd
on the longer M35 class, Thomas Callery in between child minding came
3rd on the M21 short class and Liisa Honkasaari completed the 3 days in
3rd place also. Others did not run every day but enjoyed the terrain
especially when the rain eased off! Thanks to Laura for the pictures.
